Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment Terms

- Booking of residences at Trident Towers requires payment of a booking amount as specified by Paranjape Developers.

- The balance amount shall be paid as per the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of booking.

- Payments are to be made via cheque, demand draft, RTGS, NEFT, or any other mode acceptable to Paranjape Developers.

- All payments should be made in favor of the developer's designated bank account.

2. Possession and Handover

- The possession date of the residences shall be communicated to the buyers upon completion of the project and issuance of occupancy certificate by the relevant authorities.

- Buyers are required to complete all payments and formalities prior to taking possession.

- Any delay in possession due to reasons beyond the control of Paranjape Developers shall not hold them liable for compensation.

3. Residence Specifications

- The dimensions and specifications of residences (1 & 2 BHK) at Trident Towers are subject to change and variation as per architectural and design requirements.

- Floor plans, layouts, and designs depicted in promotional materials are indicative and subject to modifications.

4. Maintenance Charges

- Buyers shall be liable to pay maintenance charges and other common area expenses as per the maintenance agreement once possession is taken.

- Details of the maintenance charges will be provided at the time of possession.

5. Legal Compliance and Documentation

- All transactions and agreements related to the purchase of residences at Trident Towers shall be subject to Indian laws and regulations.

- Buyers are required to submit all necessary documentation and comply with legal requirements as specified by Paranjape Developers.

6. Amenities and Facilities

- The amenities and facilities mentioned, such as fitness center, gardens, children's play areas, and others, are subject to operational feasibility and availability.

- Paranjape Developers reserves the right to alter, amend, or add amenities as deemed necessary.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Cancellation requests must be made in writing to Paranjape Developers.

- Refund of booking amount, if applicable, shall be processed as per the company's cancellation policy and terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

8. Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the purchase of residences at Trident Towers shall be resolved through negotiations and arbitration as per the laws of India.

9. General Conditions

- The information provided in promotional materials, advertisements, and brochures is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding agreement unless expressly specified in the sale agreement.

10. Disclaimer

- Paranjape Developers reserves the right to make changes to the project, including but not limited to specifications, designs, amenities, and pricing, without prior notice.
